Chiropractic Physician and owner of Caddoo Rehabilitation Associates in Waltham, Dr Caddoo specializes in the evaluation, treatment and conservative management of Sports Injury. His hands-on approach to care is focused on restoring normal function and keeping athletes active in their sport. His experience and understanding of the athletic patient focuses his care on what is treatable, not just advising them to stop certain activities/sports. Treatments include myofascial release techniques, ART and Graston, joint manipulation, taping techniques and therapeutic exercises to help each patient achieve optimal results.

Dr. Caddoo enjoys keeping athletes from every level performing at their peak potential. His personal philosophy of always striving to be the best version of ourselves fits well within the athletic community. He enjoys running, reading, the Coast of Maine, polar plunges, endurance sports, and pushing himself to always grow and improve.

Dr. Maryellen O’Connor, a native of Waltham, studied Exercise Physiology at Rivier College before graduating with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2007. As a licensed chiropractor she has extensive training in multiple soft tissue modalities and techniques that include Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (ART) and Fascial Distortion Model (FDM). She is a certified RockTape provider as well.

Maryellen is active in the community participating in high school and employer health fairs. She has interests in pregnancy related pain and postural health and ergonomics.

Lori Caddoo, MSPT

Clinic Director

Lori earned her Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in 1997 and her Master of Physical Therapy in 1998. She worked in outpatient orthopedics in upstate New York and The Spine Center of New England Baptist Hospital before joining Bill at Caddoo Rehabilitation Associates in 2004.

In 2015, she took over as the clinic director. She has completed her First and Second Degree Reiki certifications and is looking forward to providing that service at Caddoo Rehabilitation Associates.

Outside of the office, she can be found cheering for her boys at their multiple sports, traveling and spending time with her family.

Jessica attended Boston University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Health Studies in 2015 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017.

Jessica’s experience has been primarily working in the outpatient setting with orthopedic conditions. She also has experience working with vestibular conditions, and has volunteered at health and wellness fairs at local schools in the area. In addition, Jessica has completed training to perform Graston Technique and Dry Needling.

Outside of the clinic, Jessica can be found spending time with friends, family, and her dog.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Joseph Janosky currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Lasell University in Boston, Massachusetts and as Chief Consultant for the Yellow Finch Consulting Group. He has published dozens of peer-reviewed sports injury prevention studies and has lectured internationally about sports injury prevention and athlete health promotion.

Dr. Janosky currently holds leadership positions with the American Public Health Association, the Coach Safely Foundation, the European Sports Medicine Associates, the National Council of Youth Sports, and the Pediatric Research in Sports Medicine (PRiSM) Society.
